Terms of use
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Les Frenchies application and website (the “Service”), published by Mick Dupont. By using the Service, you accept these Terms.
1. The Service
Les Frenchies provides curated recommendations and trip-planning tools for Paris, including maps, itineraries, checklists and saved favourites. Part of the content is free; certain features require a paid premium access described in the Terms of Sale.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your access credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 15 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to create an account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, in particular not to: attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service; scrape, copy or resell its content; upload unlawful, infringing or offensive content; or use the Service in violation of applicable law.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create (such as itineraries and notes). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and share this content solely to operate the Service, including the trip-sharing and guest features you choose to use.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, its curated content, design, trademarks and software remain the property of Mick Dupont, its licensor Mick Dupont, or their respective owners. These Terms grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer any intellectual property right.
6. Availability and liability
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The recommendations are provided for information only; you remain responsible for your travel decisions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages foreseeable at the time of contracting.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the Service. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence in the EU continue to apply. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction determined by applicable consumer law.
