Terms of sale
These Terms of Sale (the “CGV”) govern the sale of paid premium access to the Les Frenchies application and website (the “Service”) to consumers. The seller is Mick Dupont, 10 rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris, France — help@lesfrenchiestravel.com. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these CGV.
1. Product
The product is a digital access licence unlocking all premium recommendations and features of the Service. Two options are offered: a 1-year access and a lifetime (one-time) access, as described at the time of purchase.
2. Prices
Prices are indicated on the purchase page: currently USD 25 for 1-year access and USD 75 for lifetime access. Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes; the applicable VAT depends on your country of residence and is shown before payment. We may change prices, but the price applicable is the one displayed at the time of your order.
3. Ordering
You select an option, sign in, and confirm your order. Before payment you must accept these CGV. The order is confirmed once payment is validated, and a confirmation is sent by email.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Access is granted after Stripe confirms the payment.
5. Delivery / access
The premium access is digital content supplied immediately: it is activated on your account as soon as payment is confirmed, with no physical delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal and its waiver
As a consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). However, for digital content supplied immediately and not on a tangible medium, this right is lost once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal (Art. L221-28, 13°).
At checkout you are asked to expressly request immediate access and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access is opened. If you do not wish to waive this right, do not confirm immediate access; contact help@lesfrenchiestravel.com.
7. Satisfaction guarantee (commercial gesture)
Independently of the legal right above, we offer a voluntary 14-day satisfaction guarantee: if you are not satisfied, contact help@lesfrenchiestravel.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your payment. This commercial guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Legal guarantee of conformity
The premium access benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (Art. L224-25-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code). If the Service is not in conformity, you may obtain that it be brought into conformity or, failing that, a price reduction or a refund, without prejudice to any damages. 9. Complaints and consumer mediation
For any complaint, contact us first at help@lesfrenchiestravel.com. Paid subscriptions are not offered during the current free beta; before any paid feature is introduced, a certified consumer mediator will be designated and named here, as required by Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code.

10. Governing law
These CGV are governed by French law, without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence in the EU.
